If you train every other aspect of performance, why not train the mental side?

About Me

I work with athletes, teams and performers to improve their mental performance. Most people recognise that high-pressure moments are won by those who are able to mentally thrive under the pressure, yet many performers don't spend time ensuring that they are mentally prepared. Making the mental game a strength as opposed to a weakness is my aim with all of my clients. I thoroughly enjoy the process of helping people to identify what parts of their mental game they can improve, and then designing and implementing a programme to suit their needs. Confidence, motivation, concentration and resilience are all areas that can be worked on, using evidence-based techniques. I have played and watched sport all my life and have always been interested in how the best performers consistently deal with pressure. Now I get to help you do this!

How can I help you?

Whether you’re an amateur, professional, semi-professional or aspiring professional athlete, you'll naturally have a desire to make the most of your talent. Many athletes have spent thousands of hours developing technical, tactical and physical aspects of their performance. The mental aspect of performance is often neglected, yet most athletes will recognise that this is the most important aspect when it comes to performing under pressure. If you’re looking to differentiate yourself from your competitors and gain an edge, improving your mental performance is a necessity.
