Performers

Dancers, musicians and actors all have to deal with high levels of pressure. How well they psychologically cope with this pressure has a big impact on how well they perform. Learning and practicing psychological skills can be hugely beneficial to performers dealing with pressure. To give an example, visualisation has been used by musicians to deal with performance anxiety. By visualising an experience in one's mind, they can become more familiar with an experience, and hence, more comfortable going out on to stage as they know what to expect.

If you’re keen to consistently perform with confidence and get more enjoyment out of what you do, I may be able to help you. Based on your needs, I can design and implement a programme that targets specific areas that you want to work on.

Bill Williams, Trumpeter, San Francisco Symphony

“The spotlight of the stage is a whole different kind of experience. One of the pressing questions is, “Why can’t I deliver onstage what I can do in the practice room?"”
