One-to-One Sessions
When I work with an individual, your progress is largely dependent on me getting to know you. Understanding you as a person allows us to identify what you need most and what I can help with. Collaborating with you, we work together to create a plan of action for my support, ensuring that your decisions are at the forefront of the support. I use a range of techniques to bring about sustainable behaviour change – not just ‘quick fixes’. My aim is to get you to a point where you no longer need me – independence. The optimal number of 1-1 sessions depends on your unique needs.
