Team Workshops

When I work with a team, I aim to involve the individuals in the workshops as much as possible. Whether I am carrying out mental skills training or simply aiming to solve a problem, my workshops are interactive because I believe that people learn best by doing. Workshops are a useful way for the group to discuss key aspects of performance that aren’t usually brought up and be guided in the right direction. The outcome of a team workshop is a shared understanding of a specific topic (e.g. dealing with pressure, communication, motivation) and agreement on steps forward.
